The covered lounge area along with the brand new heated Pool, SPA and the fire pit, surrounded by real grass, make this very private oasis the perfect setting for you and your guest to spend your holidays. Everything in the house is brand new. Including the 3 mattresses. NO pets (will consider exceptions based on dogs size. additional fee applies) NO SMOKING inside.
Other Details to Note
*SPECIAL NOTE: Any optional costs for heating of the pool is NOT included in the rate but is billed separately prior to your arrival. $75 a day to heat the pool (No charge to heat the SPA) . Please contact me prior to booking if you have any questions.

A perfect place for our 3-night stay!! This house is very adorable and comfortable. We totally enjoyed the pool and backyard! Thomas is a great Host and communicator.

Great visit for our first trip to Palm Springs! Thomas was responsive, proactive, and very friendly. The house was exactly as it was described: comfortable beds, great kitchen, and the backyard was a DREAM. So private, it felt like our own little oasis in the desert. Great location, 10 min drive to where all the action is. Amazing stay!

From the very beginning Thomas was very helpful answering my questions. The home was perfect, the attention to detail was amazing. Paying the extra for heating the pool was worth every penny, we enjoyed every area of the outdoor living space! Already looking forward to visiting there again!

The house was great and exactly what I thought it would be! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the fire pit was lovely too. Would recommend and for sure we’ll come again!

This space is beautiful. Thomas is such a great host. I’ve traveled the world. Stayed many places . Everything is described and more. I will definitely rebook. Probably one of the most peaceful quiet neighborhoods I’ve ever stayed in. A great location to all Palm Springs has to offer .Thank you again. Look forward to it , until next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas’s beautiful Palm Springs home! Home is Meticulously clean with a very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The backyard and pool were our favorite part. Gorgeous, warm pool and hot tub. Easy access and close to town. Quiet and private. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Thomas’ place. The location is close to the airport and not far from the places we wanted to go in Palm Springs. The pool and spa were so warm and a good size for playing and swimming. The decor and artwork is quintessential mid-century Palm Springs. The beds are super comfortable, and the layout is great for a family. It has everything you need including cooking essentials, sunscreen and pool towels, toiletries, EV charger, washer/dryer. We also enjoyed fresh fruit from the trees out back!
The airport being so close is a pro and a con, as there’s some plane noise. That’s true many places in Palm Springs though, with the airport so central. There’s some slightly strange plumbing sounds. We hope to be back for another stay, one of the best places we’ve stayed in Palm Springs!

This was our second stay at Thomas's Palm Springs oasis! Spotless, lots of helpful items in the kitchen for delicious meals, comfortable beds, and a perfectly perfect backyard with a fantastic pool, spa, seating areas, dining al fresco, and bonfire. We chose to come back because we enjoyed it so much the first time, we came back!

The house, location, decor, communication and (of course) pool were all fantastic. The care Thomas put into the art and decor really made it a special experience. House was super clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and communication was outstanding. We felt cared for and cared about throughout our stay. We'd love to come stay again!
