The covered lounge area along with the brand new heated Pool, SPA and the fire pit, surrounded by real grass, make this very private oasis the perfect setting for you and your guest to spend your holidays. Everything in the house is recent. Including the 3 mattresses. NO pets (will consider exceptions based on dogs size. additional fee applies) NO SMOKING inside. THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS DOES NOT ALLOW ANY KIND OF MUSIC OUTSIDE
Other Details to Note
*SPECIAL NOTE: Any optional costs for heating of the pool is NOT included in the rate but is billed separately prior to your arrival. $75 a day to heat the pool (No charge to heat the SPA) . Please contact me prior to booking if you have any questions.
